Chateau Poujeaux represents Moulis, a well-known wine region where many excellent petit chateaus are located. Its quality, according to wine critic Robert Parker, is on par with that of a classified chateau. In recent years, Nicolas Thienpont, who is responsible for the rare and popular winemaker and the legendary "Le Pin" wine, has been involved in the winemaking process and is expected to produce even higher quality wines.
