This very small cru is located under the Clos de Bèze and Chambertin, la Griotte is one of the most delicate and subtle wines of the Côte de Nuits, finesse and silky on the palate with very intense aromas of red fruits.

The part owned by the Drouhin estate is the northernmost and is separated by a wall from the Chapelle-Chambertin, so the place is very hot and it is undoubtedly in this place that the earliness of the grapes is greatest.
